England release Dalrymple from test squad MANCHESTER, England: England have released Jamie Dalrymple from their squad for the second test against Pakistan starting at Old Trafford on Thursday. Dalrymple, an all-rounder who bowls off spin, has played six one-day internationals but is yet to win a test cap. The pitch is expected to favour pace bowling rather than spin. The teams drew the first match of the four-test series at Lord's.
