Through regular, intense exercise and ' eating right', we can completely transform our bodies, getting rid of unhealthy, unattractive bodyfat while building lean, firm, healthy muscle tissue.

The goals of proper nutrition are:

Ø To provide the body with proper nutrient requirements.
Ø To incorporate nutritional practices that promotes good health.
Ø To achieve and maintain your optimal body composition.
Ø To promote recovery from training sessions.

Proper nutrition results from a diet in which food is eaten in the correct quantities to maintain good health.

One of the principles of 'eating right' is eating six meals a day:

To re-create your body - to improve your health, look better and feel better, you must develop the pattern of feeding your body frequently throughout the day. You should not go more than a few hours (while you're awake) without eating.

There are many reasons for this. Scientific studies shows that eating often helps to accelerate the metabolism, so you burn more calories. Therefor, when you eat six nutritious, smaller meals a day, food is efficiently absorbed and processed by your body. This is better than eating three square meals a day.

When you eat every few hours, you will have more energy, less hunger cravings and feel better.

On top of all that, you will be creating a ' metabolic environment" that supports healthy fat loss and muscle gains, provided you exercise correctly.

We are going to guide you on your journey to proper nutrition. What to eat, when to eat, how to plan your diet and sport supplementation. All of this will be addressed in the NUTRITION ZONE.
