Make
2001 the year of your body…the year you get into
spectacular shape,…the year you lose that unhealthy body
fat and build a lean, strong, muscular body… the year you
become more athletic and less vulnerable to injury, but most
of all the year you cross over from surviving to savoring
each day.
You’re
probably asking yourself,” What’s the key to making 2001
the best year of my life?”
Our
answer to you, “ The Mind-Body-Connection.”
The
mind is the most delicate, most sensitive and most powerful
instrument in all creation. A positive mindset can carry you
forward and lead you towards outstanding success. However,
that same mind operating in a different manner can produce
total failure.
The
body is the servant of the mind. The Mind-Body-Connection is
a formulated fitness and nutrition plan to help you discover
your true potential, physically and mentally. It will help
you develop the mindset, the confidence and the inner
strength to overcome resistance and continually move forward
in a positive way.
The
Mind-Body-Connection is an important factor to attain when
you are challenged to achieve a specific goal. By linking
the mind and the body you will be able to transform yourself
from the inside which leads to a total
transformation. This process leads to strengthening
your state of mind and body.
Once
a person has reached the ultimate frame of mind and has
linked it to creating a stronger body, the goals of physical
fitness can be achieved. By having a healthy base with low
health risks, and attaining the power and strength within
one self, you will have the power over your perception of
the world. Power over how you react to situations enabling
you to grow and thus to create joy and satisfaction in your
life.
Mind-Body-Connection is used for the development of
sport-specific fitness and for general fitness.
Sport-specific
fitness –
Cricket fitness encompasses fitness development and
maintenance and improves flexibility relative to batting,
bowling and fielding. It provides nutrition and supplement
guidelines and ensures strength and power development. It
assists with injury rehabilitation programs and training
tips during off-season, pre-season and in-season.
This
sport-specific fitness empowers the athlete with knowledge
on proper fitness, thus allowing the athlete to outwit and
outplay his opponents.
General
fitness -
Will be a fitness program of weight training and
cardiovascular training with proper nutrition and supplement
guidelines for all people who want to live a healthy
lifestyle. It does not matter whether you are 16 or 60, we
all have the potential to sculpture our bodies into works of
art. By utilizing Mind-Body-Connection you realize that
allowing a healthy body to decay, having the ability to
exercise and not doing it, is like having the keys to a
Lamborghini and never driving it
No
matter how focused or how committed we are, it’s difficult
to make any journey alone. We all need someone to push us,
to inspire us, to help us honor self-promises and to allow
us to stay true to our dreams and goals
